Once your release is underway and we have a clear photo, your proof arrives within 48 to 72 hours.

Approve it or request a change. An updated proof arrives within 24 hours.
No account needed. Your reservation, proof and updates arrive privately by email. Digital files arrive within 24 hours of approval; physical pieces take 3 to 6 business days to produce.

How is my portrait made?
Each portrait begins with your photo and is created through our studio’s AI-assisted process. We then review the likeness, markings and composition before sending your proof for approval.
Is the canvas hand-painted?
No. Your portrait is professionally printed on textured canvas. No oil or acrylic paint is applied by hand.
What photo works best?
A clear, sharp photo in natural light, with their face and markings easy to see. Phone photos are fine.
Can I ask for a change?
Yes. Open the proof link in your email, choose “Something’s not right” and leave one clear note for the studio.
When will my order arrive?
Transit begins after production and varies by location. Your tracking email will include the delivery estimate.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email support@thepostr.com from the address used to order within 14 days of delivery, with photos of the piece and packaging. We’ll arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.
Can I include more than one pet?
Yes. Choose two or three pets when you select your portrait. Multi-pet portraits are composed together in a landscape format, with A$39 or US$29 added for each pet after the first.
Will my photo or portrait be shared?
Not without your permission. Customer photos, proofs and finished portraits are not published without consent.
